Mohammed Al-Qunaibit

Chairman

Board Member at Osool Qana and serves on several corporate boards. Previously held investment management roles at SNB Capital and GIB Capital, covering private and public investments, investment analysis, portfolio management, and advisory services. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University.

Khalid Qama

Independent Member

Over 15 years of experience across banking, investment, and Shariah-compliant finance. Currently serves as CEO of Methaq Investment Holding Company. Previously held roles at SEDCO Holding, including within its Financial Investments Group and at SEDCO Capital.

Dr. Raed Alrayes

MD & CEO

Over 25 years of experience across the banking, investment, and public sectors. Previously served as CEO of Dussur, Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, CEO of APICORP, and Deputy CEO and Head of Investment Banking at Al Rajhi Capital. Holds a PhD and MBA from the University of Bradford.

Chairman

Extensive experience in Islamic banking and Shariah advisory. Serves as Advisor to the Royal Court and member of the Council of Senior Scholars, alongside several Shariah board memberships. Previously chaired the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Judicial Institute. Holds a PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence

Dr. Mansour Alghamdi

Committee Secretary

Extensive experience in Islamic banking and product development. Serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Knowledge Economic City and the Council of Sulaiman Al Rajhi Endowment. Former Chair of the Saudi Central Bank’s Islamic Banking Committee, with leadership roles in Shariah groups at Al Rajhi Bank, Bank Albilad and National Saudi Bank. Holds a PhD in Jurisprudence.

Dr. Raed Alrayes

HEAD OF PRIVATE CREDIT

Over 25 years of experience in private real estate investments. Previously served as Director and Head of Real Estate Funds at Taaleri, Fund Manager at PGIM Real Estate, and Head of Real Estate Funds at Al Rajhi Capital and MSCI (IPD). Holds a master’s degree from Hanken School of Economics.

Antti-Jussi Ahveninen

Head Of Real Estate

25 years of experience in technology and operations leadership across capital markets. Previously served as COO of BSF Capital and, prior to that, COO of HSBC Saudi Arabia, with expertise in change management and operational resilience. Holds a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from Wichita State University.

Khalid Siddiqui

COO

Extensive experience across corporate banking, credit, and financial technology. His experience includes leading the establishment of Vision Bank as Program Director, founding Liquable, a supply chain finance platform, and holding senior corporate credit roles at Al Rajhi Bank. He holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Investments from Waterford Institute of Technology.
